Founded in 1898 by Don Juan Bautista Passadore, with 8 family generations and 125+ years of uninterrupted history, it is considered one of the oldest wineries in the country producing high-quality fine wines and natural sparkling wines. It has one of the largest active underground cellars in South America, a magical and mysterious place where the best wines from our harvests rest, to be uncorked and enjoyed at the right time, on a special occasion. Our winery's family of wines is made up of table wines, fine wines, reserve wines, solera wines, fizz wines, ciders, sparkling wines and natural sparkling wines, which have been awarded multiple prizes locally and internationally in the most prestigious competitions in the region and the world.
